We understand the importance of accessible mental health & support services. Our affordable options are designed to provide high-quality service without the financial barriers. For this reason, we offer many options, including working with your insurance company to reimburse you so you can prioritize your mental well-being.


Our clinicians rely on a full schedule for financial stability, and can focus on giving you their best when they are not worrying about their needs. Also, we have limited time and many people we would like to support. For these reasons, please cancel appointments MORE THAN 24 HOURS in advance of your appointment time so others who are in need of support may make use of our valuable availability. You may cancel by using the cancel and rescheduling option on the client portal, sending a message on the client portal, or calling our office at 980-729-5240. If no one is available to speak with you, please a voicemail making us aware of the need to cancel.

CANCELLATIONS OR NO SHOWS THAT OCCUR LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT TIME WILL INCUR A $75 CHARGE WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.

We accept the following payment methods for therapy:

  • We accept EAP (Employee Assistance), CURALINC, LYRA, and HSA / FSA (Health/Flexible Spending Accounts)

  • We are in network with most Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, First Care, Medicare, MedCost & United Healthcare/ UMR plans.

    Out of Network- If we are not in network with your plan, we may be able to work with your insurance company so that you are reimbursed. Give us a call to confirm.

    • $140 for initial session

    • $125 for follow up sessions

    • $40 per group session
