To address trauma, we offer several therapy types: individual, couples, & family, and group therapy. You may choose multiple therapy types if preferred. Note that our trauma group does not address sexual trauma; we recommend working with a therapist for that.
Each therapy type will explore your emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and physical responses to trauma. Methods such Somatic Experiencing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy will help identify areas for change and provide tools for regaining control. Your healing journey is unique, and we are here to support you.

Couples therapy, both in group and individual settings, focuses on enhancing communication and fostering connection between partners.
In group therapy, couples are guided by a trained therapist. Sessions promote open dialogue, helping couples to express their feelings, foster effective communication strategies, & lean from one another.
Individual therapy for couples emphasizes personal growth and introspection. Each partner explores their own thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, paving the way for improved interactions with their significant other. By addressing individual concerns, couples can better support one another and strengthen their bond. Together, these therapeutic approaches aim to cultivate a healthier, more connected relationship through improved communication and understanding.
