WHERE WOULD YOU LIKE TO START?

  • To address trauma, we offer several therapy types: individual, couples, & family, and group therapy. You may choose multiple therapy types if preferred. Note that our trauma group does not address sexual trauma; we recommend working with a therapist for that.

    Each therapy type will explore your emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and physical responses to trauma. Methods such Somatic Experiencing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy will help identify areas for change and provide tools for regaining control. Your healing journey is unique, and we are here to support you.

    The “Moving Through Trauma” group is currently filling. It is a 10 week group & you may to attend more than once since we are constantly updating our curriculum.   • The aftermath of infidelity can be an incredibly challenging journey, one that we understand is filled with a range of emotions and complexities.  Together, we'll explore crucial aspects like moving through emotions, finding closure, self-care/esteem, rebuilding trust in yourself & others , as well as recognizing/overcoming triggers.

    Looking to address infidelity? Individual sessions & group sessions using trauma treatment methods & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy are available to you during your journey.

  • Navigating co-parenting, divorce, or separation can be one of the most difficult things you have ever dealt with. How can we support you?

    When it comes to divorce and seperation, we provide therapy for couples and individuals.

    For co-parenting we provide continuous individual therapy as well as a 7 week group therapy program to assist you through this challenge. What's our process? We use Triple P Family Transitions to support you in:

    • explaining co-parenting to children 

    • coping with emotions 

    • managing conflict 

    • balancing work, family, dating, etc. 

    • managing children's behavior 

    • setting boundaries for yourself 

    You may book an individual session, sign up for our up-coming group, or both!

  • Medical trauma refers to the mental and  emotional distress experienced by individuals as a result of a medical event, procedure, diagnosis, or treatment. If you're a survivor of medical trauma or a caregiver supporting someone through their process, we want you to know that you don't have to weather these storms alone. Individual, family, and group therapy are available for those working through medical trauma and their families.  

    The “Resilience Allies: Caregiver & Survivor Group” is filling up. This is a 10 week group. However, you may attend as many times as you like since we are constantly updating our curriculum.   • Couples therapy, both in group and individual settings, focuses on enhancing communication and fostering connection between partners.

    In group therapy, couples are guided by a trained therapist. Sessions promote open dialogue, helping couples to express their feelings, foster effective communication strategies, & lean from one another.

    Individual therapy for couples emphasizes personal growth and introspection. Each partner explores their own thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, paving the way for improved interactions with their significant other. By addressing individual concerns, couples can better support one another and strengthen their bond. Together, these therapeutic approaches aim to cultivate a healthier, more connected relationship through improved communication and understanding.

  • Raising children, from little ones to teenagers, is a journey filled with unique joys and at times, wild challenges. If you're currently dealing with the complexities of addressing challenging behaviors, whether in typically developing  children or children diagnosed with special needs, rest assured you're not alone.

    Together, we can determine which of the following  strategies may be most effective for your family: 

    • Level 4 Standard Triple P -Intensive individual support for parents/guardians of  children from birth to 11 delivered over ten (1 hour) sessions and uses videos & a workbook.

    • Level 4 Standard Teen Triple P -Intensive support for individual  parents/guardians of  children from 12-18. These sessions are delivered over ten (1 hour) sessions and uses videos & a workbook.

    • Stepping Stones Triple P- Strategies & support to individual  parents/guardians of  pre-adolescent children diagnosed with physical and intellectual special needs and exhibiting disruptive behaviors

    • Teen Triple P Discussion Group-Strategies & support to groups of parents/guardians of  children from 12-18. This program includes 5 discussion sessions which are each 2 hours long. Topics discussed are coping with emotions of teens, reducing family conflict, getting teenagers to cooperate, and increasing teenagers' survival skills. Triple P Discussion Groups are filling up now.
